Align Athletics hosts adult outdoor group fitness classes that build your endurance, strength, speed, and coordination. Whether you’re looking to shed a few pounds, build muscle or simply live a healthier life, Align can help. Workouts are full body and led by Certified Personal Trainers. All fitness abilities are welcomed and encouraged.
What to expect from a workout-
All workouts are one hour. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting on your fitness journey we want to provide you with a workout that is appropriate for every fitness level. Modifications will be provided to regress or progress movements. Each workout is full body. Bring a workout mat, set of dumbbells and water. All other equipment will be provided.
